Shipping policy


At Groveland Confections, we ship handcrafted sweets with care so they arrive fresh and delicious—just as intended.

Order Processing

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days of being placed. During peak seasons or for larger or custom orders, processing time may take a bit longer. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Rates
• Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the continental U.S. If you’re interested in delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or a business address outside the lower 48, please contact us before placing your order.

Warm Weather Shipping

Chocolate is sensitive to heat, and we want your treats to arrive in perfect condition. From late spring through early fall, we take extra precautions, including:
• Insulated packaging and cold packs
• A $5 warm weather packaging fee added automatically at checkout
• Shipping early in the week to reduce the risk of weekend delays

Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee that products will not arrive melted. We are not responsible for weather-related melting, but if something seems off, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help however we can.

To minimize risk:
• Ship to an address where someone can accept the package promptly
• Avoid shipping to P.O. Boxes during warm weather

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please keep an eye on your tracking to ensure the package is brought inside soon after delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
