Warm Weather Shipping Policy

Chocolate is sensitive to heat, and while we take extra precautions, we cannot guarantee that products will not arrive melted during transit in warm weather. From late spring through early fall, we:
• Ship with insulated packaging and cold packs when necessary
• Apply a $5 warm weather packaging fee at checkout during these months
• May delay shipments to avoid weekend transit and reduce risk

We highly recommend that recipients retrieve packages promptly upon delivery. Groveland Confections is not responsible for melting due to weather conditions, but if there is a problem, please reach out—we’ll do our best to assist.

At Groveland Confections, each order is handcrafted with care and shipped with the intention of bringing joy. Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, we do not accept returns. However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their experience, so we handle refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@grovelandconfections.com or through the inquiry form on our website. When reaching out, include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, if applicable

We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Custom Orders & Special Requests
